Full Tilt em Negociações com Alderney para voltar a operar online!
A comissão de controlo de jogos Aldernay encontra-se neste momento em negociações com a Full Tilt Poker com vista a colocar a 2º maior de casa de poker online novamente, isto devido à entrada de uma 3ª parte nas negociações que se enconta intressada em investir na Full Tilt Poker.
Nas declaraçõs da Alderney não se fala de datas e indica que as negociações estão ainda numa fase inicial, assim como nega quaisquer declarações online feitas até ao momento através de Mr. Werner Bers como podem ver no texto seguinte com as declarações oficiais da Alderney:
"Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) is in discussions, all be at an early stage, with its licensees trading as Full Tilt Poker and a third party concerning the prospective refinancing of Full Tilt Poker.
The objective of these discussions is to enable the site to re-open to its current and prospective players.
Contrary to current reports circulating in the media, AGCC has not authorised any statement by legal counsel in this regard and has no knowledge of the comments attributed by the editor of Gambling City.net to a Mr. Werner Bers, of whom we are otherwise unaware, and disputes the correctness of his statement."
A Full Tilt enviou também um email aos seus afiliados no que toca ao pagamento de comissôes de Afiliados e RakeBack:
"Dear xxx,
We regret to inform you that due to the recent suspension of our license by the Alderney Gaming Control Commission, Full Tilt Poker is temporarily unable to facilitate 'real money' play, deposits or withdrawals.
Unfortunately, this includes the processing of any affiliate commissions to either your affiliate or player account, as well as any pending rakeback payments to your players.
We are in ongoing discussions with the AGCC with the aim of rectifying the situation as soon as possible, thereby re-enabling real money play on the site and the processing of these commissions and rakeback payments to you and your players.
In the meantime, your commissions are safe and business will continue as usual once the game is up and running again.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these actions and will keep you updated with any information as it becomes available. Thank you for your continued support.
